“We will work together to provide a method for community health decision making, to identify & prioritize health & safety needs, to establish & plan strategies for community health goals for the improvement of the health & quality of life in families & individuals of Socorro County.”

PRIORITIES

HEALTH EATING ACTIVE LIVING

We have a variety of active living activities including purchasing bike racks, a community biking day, bike accessibility map, Run For Your Life Sponsors, and our yearly Stomp Out the Stigma 5K.
SUBSTANCE MISUSE

Offering FREE Narcan training and distribution to all community members. Save a Life, Give a Dose. Also offering FREE Medication Disposal Kits and educational materials.
MENTAL HEALTH

Mental Health in Socorro County is a major area of concern, as such, we offer a variety of materials including resource guides, #JustTalk campaign, and our wellness Wednesday movie series.
