MISSION
The San Juan Health Council strives to elevate the health, wellness, and quality of life for the people of San Juan County through community dialogue, partnership, education and collaborative action.
VISION
The San Juan Health Council envisions a healthy equitable community united by a collaborative spirit with respect for the diversity of culture of the community. The council envisions a future where health and wellness is embedded in the core values of the community at the individual, family, and community leadership levels.
