Martha is a Master of Public Health Student at New Mexico State University. Her degree concentration focus is on health behavior and health promotion. Her main interests revolve in health promotion efforts and in epidemiology. Martha is a first-generation college student and is proud to be obtaining her master's degree this following year.

She began as an intern with The Alliance in 2024. Upon completion of her internship, Martha began volunteering with The Alliance to support the ShareNM Website.
