    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Valeria brings 20+ years of experience in the nonprofit and private, and public sectors. She is a visionary, thought-provoker and has a successful track record in high-level and tactical organizational management, and building cross-sector collaborations.

  • Gerilyn Antonio, MPH

    TRIBAL LIAISON

    Gerilyn is a public health professional serving as the Tribal Liaison and has been a member of the Alliance since 2020. She is committed and passionate about serving and supporting tribal and Indigenous communities in New Mexico.

  • Haeja England, MSW, MBA

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    Haeja is a former NMAHC intern who returned to provide administrative assistance after graduating with her MSW/MBA from NM Highlands University in 2023. She is a lifelong learner who is passionate about helping others. She is excited to remain in collaboration with NMAHC towards advancing health equity and social justice in New Mexico.

    MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS LEAD

    Sam joins NMAHC as the Marketing and Communications Lead. She is dedicated to advancing community equity and access to basic human rights and needs. Sam's passion for social justice was ignited by witnessing the unequal access to nutritious food and healthcare in her own surroundings. This led her to embark on a journey to make a positive impact in these crucial areas.

    CONSULTANT

    Anna brings 15+ years of experience in the public, nonprofit and community sectors. She is a big-picture visionary and a detailed-oriented strategist. Working with individuals and teams, Anna translates innovative ideas into tangible initiatives.

    CCHICA PROGRAM COORDINATOR

    Rebekah is excited to be working on the Climate Change Health Impacts & Community Action Grant with NMAHC. Her passion lies in sustainability and servicing communities through support, advocacy, and increasing access to resources.

    CONSULTANT

    Susan is passionate about working to promote public health, public policy and equity through community engagement. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 35 years with expertise in organizational systems, public policy, resource development and program management.
